Returns within the European Union

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

How to return an item

1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can use our withdrawal form; no account is needed.
2. Ship the item back to us within 14 days after providing your cancellation notice.

Return conditions and costs

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For pieces shipped in custom made packaging, this includes all costs involved: shipping, transport, insurance and custom made packaging.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been damaged or misused by the customer.
• We will issue your refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, provided we have received the returned goods.

Returns from outside the European Union

If you wish to return your item from outside the EU, you are entitled to do so if this is communicated within 3 days of arrival. The client is liable for repackaging and shipment back to the warehouse in the Netherlands. All costs involved, transport both ways, insurance, custom made wooden crate, custom handling cost and VAT, must be paid by the customer.
